Description

Short title: Eaton v Wordsworth.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Eaton, clerk.

Defendant(s): John Wordsworth, John Ellam.

Subject of depositions: "Rectory of the mediety of the parish church of Darfield" and the parish of Darfield, and a wood called "Monk Springe" in the parish, in the possession of the defendant Wordsworth, and a wood called "Lobwood" in the parish, in the possession of defendant Ellam. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1685.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 September 1685 at Shrogs-head, Darfield.
