Short title: Tindale v Fisher.

Plaintiff(s): John Tindale.

Defendant(s): Thomas Fisher.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Bathford (Somerset), and defendant's farm in the parish called "Shockerwick" and an adjacent farm in the possession of Anthony Carew. Tithes.
