Subject of depositions: Bond entered into by the plaintiff with his late father William Stanhope, esquire, for the payment of £1,000 unto Godfrey Copley, esquire (afterwards Sir Godfrey Copley), the defendant's father, for the marriage portion of plaintiff's sister, late wife of Sir Godfrey, deceased.
