Description

Short title: Roberts v Knowler.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Roberts.

Defendant(s): John Knowler, Francis Waterman.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Seasalter (Kent), and marsh lands in the parish held by defendants under lease from John Milles, late of Doctors' Commons, in the city of London, Doctor of Lawes, "or of which Jas.Milles had the fee or inheritance" etc. Tithes.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 12 February 1685.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 1 May 1685 at Canterbury.
