Description

Short title: Carter v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Carter.

Defendant(s): Margaret Williams, Morgan Wynn, Evan Hughes, Robert Jones, Maurice David, Richard Price, Evan John Salisbury, Lowarth Foulke, Evan Vaughan, Hugh Thomas David ap Richard.

Subject of depositions: Prebend of Llanvaire Dolchaiarn alias Talhayarn, in the diocese of St.Asaph, the townships of Garthewin, Bodrochwyn, Kynant, and Kylie, and a "hamlet or place" called "Dol y gan Erws" etc. Tithes.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1685.
