Description

Short title: Turner v Payne.

Plaintiff(s): David Turner, bricklayer.

Defendant(s): William Payne, Elizabeth Payne.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Salmeston, the vicarage and parish of St John the Baptist, in the Isle of Thanet, and a farm called Shanken Dane. Tithes.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 12 February 1685.
