Plaintiff(s): Isaac Maryson alias Merrison.
Defendant(s): Timothy Purvis, Thomas Bell.
Subject of depositions: Promise alleged by plaintiff to have been made to him by John Hilton, late of Armingland alias Ermingland, near Heydon (Norfolk), husbandman, to leave him at his death half of his personal estate, in consideration of the plaintiff marrying his daughter Martha.
County/place: Norfolk.
Date of commission: 28 November 1684.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 6 January 1685 at Wrexham.
