Short title: Ayleway v Aston.
Plaintiff(s): Mary Ayleway, Joyce Ayleway.
Defendant(s): John Aston.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament (a copy certified by the minister of Much Marcle) of Elizabeth Holmes, deceased (late grandmother of plaintiffs), to whom defendant was executor. Touching a bond entered into by defendant with Elizabeth, for the payment of the sum of one hundred pounds to the plaintiffs (on their attaining their majority) and to their mother Martha Ayleway.
County/place: Herefordshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1684.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 January 1685 at Ledbury.
