Plaintiff(s): Stepn. Palmer, William Ryder, Thomas Tuckey, George Hodges and his wife Sarah, George Hodges, John Hodges, Charles Hodges, Mary Hodges, Ann Hodges, and Elizabeth Hodges, (infants), by Thomas Barney, their guardian.
Defendant(s): Edward Maplesden, Thomas Eyres.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Mary Lane, of the borough of Chipping Wycombe (Buckinghamshire), late mother of plaintiff, Sarah Hodges, and grandmother of the other plaintiffs, Hodges), and her real and personal estate, including messuages, in Raine Deare Yard in Drury Lane in the parish of St Clements Deanes, in Middlesex. [Edward Maplesden, of Perrivale (Middlesex), Thomas Eyres, of East Burnham (Norfolk), John Clerk, of Aston (Oxford), are named as executors of the will].
