Plaintiff(s): George Bell and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Mary Nicholson, widow, James Nicholson.

Subject of depositions: Estate of Robert Nicholson, deceased (late husband of defendant Mary), a debtor, as alleged to Arthur Foster (plaintiff's late husband), including the tithes of Low Crosby, High Crosby, Holme Houses, and Rickerby.

County/place: Cumberland.
