Plaintiff(s): George Robinson, John Wray, John Bywell, John Sadler, the elder, Robert Sadler, John Metcalf, Adam Sadler, Richard Hamond.

Defendant(s): George Norton, Anthony Fothergill, Richard Robinson, Francis Lambert, James Allan, Matthew Metcalf, Thomas Calvert, Thomas Metcalf, James Metcalf, Roger Fawcett, John Wildman, Francis Metcalf, James Calvert, Thomas Lambert.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Thoralby and Bainbridge, and the commons called Thoralby Would, Busk and Blean Common, Worton Would, Thornton Common, and Stake Common. Metes and bounds. Right of common. Right to dig lead mines.
