Subject of depositions: Manor of Mildenhall in Suffolk. Touching the "improvements" made in the wastes (upon a statute made the 15 Chas II for draining the Great Level in the fens called Bedford Level) and fences and inclosures (for that purpose made) being thrown down in the night. Also touching process and distringas to levy damages for repair of the fences on the neighbouring towns of Mildenhall, Freckenham, Worlington. Plaintiff complains that the whole of the damages were levyed upon him as being an inhabitant of Mildenhall. Right of common of the inhabitants of Mildenhall in the wastes.
