Description

Short title: Attorney General v Lord Petre.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Cresswell Levins, kt, His Majesty's late Attorney General, by information.

Defendant(s): The Rt Hon John Lord Petre, heretofore John Petre, esq.

Subject of depositions: Site of the late dissolved monastery of Newnham (Bedfordshire), and lands, etc. belonging. Whether heretofore belonging to Sir Roger Martin, and now and for some years past to the defendant ? etc. [See also 35 Chas II Michaelmas Number 30, and 36 Chas II Michaelmas Number 39].

County/place: Bedfordshire.
