Description

Short title: Owen v Stafford.

Plaintiff(s): John Owen and his wife Ursula.

Defendant(s): Phillip Stafford, William Morgan, Rice Morgan, John George.

Subject of depositions: Town and parish of Fishgard alias Fishingard (Pembrokeshire), and the mill there called Fishgard alias Fishingard Mill. Touching the custom of "suit and service" to themill (i.e. grinding corn, etc).

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 April 1684 at Fishgard.
