Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Tilley, widow, and Henry Tilley her son (an infant under the age of one and twentie years), by the said Elizabeth his next friend and guardian.
Defendant(s): John Curson.
Subject of depositions: Forest or chase of Needwood (Staffordshire), the ward or keepership there called Tutbury Ward, and the lodge belonging to the same called Brickley Lodge. Touching the plaintiff's alleged "equitable right" to the keepership of Tutbury Ward during the lives of Sir Henry Every, bart and of William Kirk the younger (father of plaintiff Elizabeth), and a bargain made by Elizabeth with the defendant for her estate and interest in the keepership.
