Description

Short title: Randolph v Nevett.

Plaintiff(s): William Randolph and his wife Abigail, Margaret Banister, widow, Martha Nevett, spinster.

Defendant(s): Richard Nevett, Robert Roe, Peter Moreton, Robert Fowkes, Mary Fitzwilliams.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a capital messuage or tenement in Edge, called "The Higher Hall of Edge" lately in the possession of Thomas Nevett alias Knevett, late citizen and goldsmith of London, late father of plaintiffs Abigail, Margaret , and Martha, etc. [Lord Fitzwilliams and his wife Dorothy are mentioned].

County/place: Shropshire; London.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 April 1684 at Shrewsbury.
