Description

Short title: Taylor v Taylor.

Plaintiff(s): William Taylor alias Tayleur, Edward Taylor alias Tayleur.

Defendant(s): Charles Taylor alias Tayleur and his wife Katherine.

Subject of depositions: House and inne called "The Kinges Armes" in Monmouth, and the stable, lately belonging to Edward Taylor (plaintiff's late father). Nature oftenure. Value, etc.

County/place: Monmouthshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 April 1684 at Monmouth.
