Description

Short title: Dean of the Cathedral of Gloucester v Stoodley.

Plaintiff(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Gloucester.

Defendant(s): George Stoodley.

Subject of depositions: Claim of the plaintiffs (under a grant from Henry VIII) to a pension or yearly rent of 53s. 4d. out of the rectory of Alcannings (Wiltshire), parcel of the late monastery of St Peter's, Gloucester.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.
