Description

Short title: Cotterell v Athripp.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Cotterell.

Defendant(s): John Athripp, clerk, rector of Weston Subedge, Joshua Sprigg.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Weston Subedge, and defendants' lands in the parish called Upper Norton, Middle Norton, and Lower Norton. Tithes.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 April 1684 at Chipinge Campden.
