Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Twineham, and farms and lands in the parish called Hicksteds, the Parkelands, and Hurstlands, lately belonging to John Stapley, of Hicksted (defendant's grandfather), andafterwards to Anthony Stapley (defendant's father). Tithes.
County/place: Sussex.
Date of commission: 12 February 1684.
