Description

Short title: Cleobury v Shaw.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Cleobury, executor of the last will and testament of Ann Brimhill, widow, deceased.

Defendant(s): Silvester Shaw, Somerset Shaw, Grace Perkes, widow.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Orlton and vicarage of Eye (Herefordshire). Whether parcel of the possessions of Leominster Priory, annexed to the monastery of Reading (Berkshire), and the rectory held under His Majesty as of his manor of East Greenwich? Metes and bounds. Payment of mortuaries.

County/place: Herefordshire.
