Description

Short title: Bramston v Aylmer.

Plaintiff(s): Maundeford Bramston.

Defendant(s): Brabazon Aylmer.

Subject of depositions: Rectories and parishes of Hatfield, Ulting, and Boreham (Essex), the manor of Mugdon alias Mowdon Hall, and lands called Brick Hills alias Brick Lamps, and wood ground adjoining belonging to defendant. Metes and bounds. Tithes. [Sir Edmond Allen, late owner of Hatfield Priory, the last heir male of the name of Allen that was owner of the priory, leaving one daughter, owner of the priory, is mentioned].

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 April 1684 at Maldon.
