Description

Short title: Withers v Bayley.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Withers.

Defendant(s): Rolfe Bayley, Richard Walton, John Lidiard.

Subject of depositions: House in Marlboro' belonging to defendant, and rented of him by the plaintiff. Touching an extent upon plaintiff's lands at the suit of defendant.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1683.
