Description

Short title: Powle v Payne.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Powle, widow, Henry Powle (an infant), by said Elizabeth his mother and next friend.

Defendant(s): Robert Payne, John Tomkins.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Leominster. Touching the estate of Francis Powle (late husband of plaintiff Elizabeth), including lands in the liberty of Leominster and in the townships of Stagbach, Choltrye, or Luston (Herefordshire). Mortgages.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1683.
