Plaintiff(s): Katherine Mather, widow, John. Blackburn, Robert Barker.
Defendant(s): Christohper Bannester, Edward Fleetwood, Robert Nowell.
Subject of depositions: Offices of high sheriff of the county palatine of Lancaster, lately held by defendant Bannester, and of under sheriff to Bannester, lately held by Thomas Mather (plaintiff's late husband). Touching the official accounts between officers and the sale of office of "under sheriff or county clerk" etc.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1683.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 5 February 1684 at Warrington.
