Description

Short title: Attorney General v Ryves.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Sawyer, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): George Ryves, William Bowles, John Heighmore, Nicholas Ingram, executors of the last will and testament of Edward Gwyne.

Subject of depositions: Sum of £200 said to have been lent by John West, late of Dorchester, mercer, to Sir John Rogers, deceased.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 28 November 1683.
