Defendant(s): James Roberts, John Roberts, Samuel Preston.
Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Southminster (Essex), and a lease "of the great tithes of said parishes made to the plaintiff from the governors of the lands and possns, revenues, and goods of ye Hospital of King James (the First), founded in ye Charter House in ye county of Middx. and at ye humble petition and at ye only costs and charges of Thomas Sutton, esq," Tithes.
