Description

Short title: Broome v Earl of Kent.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Broome, clerk.

Defendant(s): The Rt Hon Anthony Earl of Kent, Paul Foley, Richard Greneway, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Rosse, in Hereford, with the chapels of Weston-under-Penyard, and Brampton Abbotts annexed, and the park or wood called Penyard Park alias Penyards Wood, lying in the parishes of Rosse and Weston-under-Penyard, and the vicarage and parish of Walford. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Tithes.

County/place: Herefordshireshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 January 1684 at Rosse.
