Description

Short title: Whiston v Roberts.

Plaintiff(s): John Whiston, clerk.

Defendant(s): Edward Roberts, Honoria Roberts (an infant), by John Roberts her brother, guardian, and next friend, executors of the last will and testament of Josh. Roberts (late father of defendants), deceased.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Eastry, and a messuage, in Eastry, lately belonging to Joseph Roberts. Tithes.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 28 November 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 January 1684 at Eastry.
