Plaintiff(s): Robert Hyde.
Defendant(s): Ralph Shirley and his wife Katherine.
Subject of depositions: Real and personal estates of John Hyde, late citizen and fishmonger of London, and of Robert Hyde, brother of John, late of Newberry (Berkshire), mercer. Touching the carrying on of such business of mercer in Newberry by the defendants, Katherine (plaintiff's sister) and her husband, with the assistance of plaintiff's sister Frances; and an award under arbitration between plaintiff (son of Robert, mercer) and defendants.
County/place: Berkshire; London.
Date of commission: 27 June 1683.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 October 1683 at Speenhamland.
