Description

Short title: Potts v Nabbs.

Plaintiff(s): Matthew Potts.

Defendant(s): William Nabbs, Copwood Hollens.

Subject of depositions: Authenticity of a deed of assignment by John Hussie to John Wardle, a lease and release sealed, etc. by Anne Cantrell, widow, Thomas Cantrell and his wife Mary, John Cantrell, and George Greaves, and an assignment by Richard Thompson (now deceased), administrator of John Wardle, late of Leeke, deceased, to William Nabbs (the defendant).

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 27 June 1683.
