Short title: Powle v Payne.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Powle, widow, and Henry Powle (an infant), by the said Elizabeth Powle his mother and next friend.

Defendant(s): Robert Payne, John Tomkins.

Subject of depositions: Mortgage and sale of the lands of Francis Powle (late husband of plaintiff Elizabeth), lying in and about Leominster (Herefordshire). [Sir John Payne (defendant's late father), is mentioned].
