Description

Short title: Dewes v Tredwell.

Plaintiff(s): William Dewes.

Defendant(s): Thomas Tredwell.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage impropriate, vicarage, and parish of Swacliffe (Oxfordshire), belonging to the Master and Wardens of St Mary's College, in the University of Oxford, commonly called New College (and leased by plaintiff and Richard Dewes), and the parish of Sibford, and grounds called Swacliffe Grange. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 27 June 1683.
