Touching the nomination of the plaintiff as master of the hospital by the mayor, aldermen, and citizens of the city (said tohave been granted in perpetuity by the late Queen), and the presentation of John Rustat (defendant's brother), late master of the hospital by His Majesty, and His Majesty's right to such presentation. Whether office of mastership was presentative or not? Touching the government of the hospital by John Rustat (the late master). The number of poor people, their maintenance. Value of hospital. etc.
