Description

Short title: Stocker v Wyver.

Plaintiff(s): John Stocker, clerk.

Defendant(s): John Wyver, Elizabeth Howes, Mary Fishenden, William Birtchin.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Northgate, in the city of Canterbury, and lands, etc. in the parish. Whether the lands are parcel of the late dissolved priory of St Gregory, and "tithe free and discharged "from the payment of tithes as abbey lands?" etc.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 27 June 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 5 October 1683 at Canterbury.
