Description

Short title: Attorney General v Parthrich.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Sawyer, kt (Attorney - General), for and on behalf of His Ma'tie, and Nathaniel Swann, vicar of the vicaridge of Alderminster alias Aldermarston.

Defendant(s): Edward Parthrich alias Partheriche.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Alderminster alias Aldermarston, in the county and diocese of Worcester.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 21 May 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 June 1683 at Aldermarston.
