Description

Short title: Seyes v Llewellin.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Seyes, Bussy Mansell, Thomas Mansell, Elizabeth Hoby, widow, Rowland Harries, William Seyes, Richard Williams, Robert Morris Tanner, Lyson Williams, Morgan John.

Defendant(s): John Llewellin, John Llewellin Bevan, the Rt Hon Ann Lady Dowager Brook, now the wife of Thomas Hoby, esq, the Rt Hon Fulke Lord Brook.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Cadoxton near Neath, in Glamorgan. Tithes.

County/place: Glamorgan.

Date of commission: 12 February 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 April 1683 at Neath.
