Description

Short title: Williamson v Aston.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Williamson.

Defendant(s): Edmund Aston and his wife Elizabeth.

Subject of depositions: Manor or lordship of Old and New Bewicke and East Lilbourne, and other lands belonging in England, and the manor or barony of Wylerclough in Scotland, late of George Ramsey and John Ramsey. Mortgages. [Mary Ramsey, daughter of George Ramsey, and late wife of plaintiff, and Elizabeth Ramsey, late daughter of John Ramsey, are mentioned].
