Description

Short title: Matthews v Robinson.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Matthews and his wife Elizabeth formerly the wife of James Thelwall, deceased.

Defendant(s): Margaret Robinson, widow, administratrix of the goods and chattels of her late husband John Robinson.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Llansilin, in Denbigh. Tithes.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 April 1683 at Suchart.
