Description

Short title: Master of the Hospital of St Michael v Clarkeson.

Plaintiff(s): The master, brethren, and sisters of the Hospital of St Michael, in Well, (Yorkshire).

Defendant(s): John Clarkeson and his wife Jane.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Well, and the hospital in Well, and the messuage, in Nosterfield called Mr Byerly's farm. Tithes.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 March 1683 at Well.
