Description

Short title: Fincher v Maynard.

Plaintiff(s): James Fincher, clerk.

Defendant(s): Walter Maynard, John Tippett, Nathan Pearse.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Lanteglos by Foy (Cornwall), and mills there called Lumberd Mills and Cearne Mills, held by Mr Kekewich, and lands in the parish, called Culver Park and PlayingPark, held by the defendants of Mrs Francis Kekewich. Tithes.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 12 February 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 May 1683 at Lantegloss.
