Short title: Mompesson v Ellis.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Mompesson, Robert Drew.

Defendant(s): Robert Ellis, one of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and impropriation of Broadhembury. Whether the farm or grange of Broadhembury is part of the demesnes of the manor of Broadhembury and parcel of the late Abbey of Dunkeswell, and now leased of the Dean and Chapter of Exeter. Tithes.

County/place: Somerset; Devon.
