Description

Short title: Pagett v Roe.

Plaintiff(s): Joseph Pagett, clerk, rector of the parish church of Thurleston.

Defendant(s): Roger Roe, John Wild, Thomas Harrison, John Lynes, George Smith, Robert Deacon, Thomas Everitt, Thomas Kinton, Josh. Everitt.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Thurleston, in Leicester, and lands, in Normanton Turvile in same parish. Tithes.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1683.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 April 1683 at Thurleston.
