Description

Short title: Duckett v Hilton.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Duckett.

Defendant(s): Thomas Hilton and his wife Elizabeth , George Wilson.

Subject of depositions: Written agreement alleged to have been drawn up at a meeting held at Milthorpe (Westmorland) of plaintiff and defendant Elizabeth (then the wife of James Duckett, now deceased), the defendant Wilson, Richard Pindar, of Holme, and Allan Prickett, of Kendal, to "compose the differences between plt. and deft. Elizabeth ", "touching monies claimed by plt. of Elizabeth. ".
