Description

Short title: Brevent v Musters.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Brevent, DD, Dean of the Cathedral Church of the Blessed Virgine Saint Mary of Lincoln, Sir Simon Degge, kt.

Defendant(s): John Musters and his wife Miliscent, Elizabeth Mundy, widow, Luke Valence, Edward Parker.

Subject of depositions: Copyhold estates in the manor of Little Chester, Eaton, and Quarne. Customs of manor. [The names of Francis Mundy, deceased (grandfather of defendant Milicent), Edmond Parker and Edward Parker, deceased (grandfather and father of defendant Edward), and Luke Valence, deceased (uncle of defendant Luke), are mentioned].

County/place: Derbyshire.
