Description

Short title: Price v Owens.

Plaintiff(s): William Price.

Defendant(s): Sir Robert Owens, kt, Anne Jones alias Glynne, widow.

Subject of depositions: Township of Ghest or Tre-r-Ghest, in the parish of Ynskynhayarne, the parish of Penmoroa, the townships of Pennyved and Treflus. (Caernarfonshire). Touching the leasehold Crownlands and the freehold and other lands of the defendant Sir Robert Owens in such townships, etc. Metes and bounds. Survey. [The names, of Sir William Morris, kt (the defendant Sir Robert Owens' ancestor), the Lady Ewres, grandchild and heir of Lady Ewres, Sir John Owens, knight, eldest son and heir of Lady Ewres (and grandfather of defendant Sir Robt), and Dame Jonet Owens his wife, Chas. Jones, Robert Jones, and Griffith Jones, deceased, Richard Wynne, Ellenor Jones alias Price (plaintiff's mother), Ellen Penelope, Ann and Margaret Owens, deceased (daughters of Lady Ewres), Compton Ewres and Morris Owen (sons of Lady Ewres), and Sir Sampson Ewres, half brother of Compton Ewres, are mentioned].
