Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Atkins, K.B. Sir Robert Dacres, kt, Richard Atkins, Richard Browne, Edward Atkins.

Defendant(s): William Earl of Bedford, Edward Clayton, Lionel Goodrick, clerk, Sir John Gore, William North, John Midleton, Elizabeth Tinker, widow, John Ruggles, the younger, John Pettit, the Lady Margaret Boswell, Edward Goulding, Robert Young, Robert Pygram, Thomas Coarts, Jeremiah Tinker, Elizabeth Tinker, Sarah Tinker, Dorothy Tinker, Mary Tinker, Arabella Tinker, William Gore, John Godfrey.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Edward Denney, late Earl of Norwich, and the Lady Mary his wife, and the manor of Claverhambury, in the parish of Waltham Holy Cross, parcel of the possessions of the Earl. Touching sales of land in such manor made by James Earl of Carlisle (the grandson of the Earl), deceased, and an annuity or rentcharge of one hundred pounds (out of the manor) for the maintenance of the minister or curate of Waltham. [The Lady Margaret, wife of Earl of Carlisle, Sir Thomas Dacres the elder, Sir Francis Swift, Francis Fetherstonhaugh, and Sir Edward Atkins (plaintiffs' father), are mentioned.] Metes and bounds. Value, of manor.
