Description

Short title: Falconer v Reymer.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Falconer, merchant.

Defendant(s): Nicholas Reymer, late master of the ship Lucy, of London, Richard Aly, merchant.

Subject of depositions: Loading of the ship Lucy with five hundred barrells of salmon at Findhorne, and alleged neglect of duty on the part of defendant Reymer, as master of the ship in wasting his time in drinking, instead of looking after the interests of his employer.

County/place: Scotland; London.

Date of commission: 3 February 1683.
