Subject of depositions: Capital messuage, called "Freene's Court" in the parish of Marden, in possession of defendant Lingen. Value, etc. Whether part of the estate of Dame Alice Lingen, and extended for satisfying a judgment at the suit of Thomas Rodd.
County/place: Herefordshire.
Date of commission: 29 May 1682.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 June 1682 at Hereford.
