Subject of depositions: Last will and testament and personal estate of Hugh Moulson, of the city of Chester, tanner, and alderman, and the last will and testament and personal estate of Anne Moulson his late widow and relict (late father and mother of the plaintiff Elizabeth and of defendant). Touching the legacies left by Hugh to his six children, and the legacies left by Anne in her will.
